自 2026 年 7 月 6 日（週一）起，現貨黃金/白銀的每個交易日（週一至週五）開盤時間，將由原北京時間06:00（夏令時）／ 07:00（冬令時）統一延後一分鐘，調整為 06:01 ／ 07:01 開盤。每日結算時間及休市時間保持不變。

我們注意到，在每個交易日市場開盤的首分鐘內，因市場流動性尚未完全釋放，買賣盤價差較大，報價波動較為劇烈，易出現短暫的價格偏差。為規避該時段潛在的交易風險，保障客戶訂單執行的穩定性與公平性，本公司決定主動將開盤時刻延後一分鐘，以避開風險最為集中的時段，為客戶提供更平穩的交易環境。

調整後交易時間安排

夏令時：

開盤時間：週一到週五每日 06:01 起（原為每日 06:00 開盤）

結算時間：週二至週五 05:00 - 06:00（不變）

休市時間：週六 04:50 （不變）

冬令時：

開盤時間：週一到週五每日 07:01 起（原為每日 07:00 開盤）

結算時間：週二至週五 06:00 - 07:00（不變）

休市時間：週六 05:50 （不變）

[Important Notice] Adjustment to the Opening Time of Spot Gold/Silver Trading

Dear Valued Client,

To further safeguard your trading security and mitigate potential risks at the moment of market opening, the Company, after careful evaluation, has decided to optimize and adjust the opening time for Spot Gold/Silver trading. The specific arrangements are as follows:

Effective Monday, July 6, 2026, the opening time for Spot Gold/Silver trading on each trading day (Monday to Friday) will be uniformly delayed by one minute. The opening time will be adjusted from the original 06:00 (Daylight Saving Time) / 07:00 (Standard Time) to 06:01 / 07:01, Beijing Time. The daily settlement time and market closure time remain unchanged.

We have noted that during the first minute of the market opening on each trading day, as market liquidity has not yet been fully released, the bid-ask spread is relatively large, and price quotations fluctuate more severely, making temporary price deviations prone to occur. To avoid the potential trading risks during this period and ensure the stability and fairness of client order execution, the Company has decided to proactively delay the opening time by one minute to bypass the most risk-concentrated period, thereby providing clients with a more stable trading environment.

Adjusted Trading Schedule

Daylight Saving Time:

• Market Opening: Monday to Friday, starting at 06:01 daily (previously 06:00)

• Settlement Time: Tuesday to Friday 05:00 - 06:00 (unchanged)

• Market Closure: Saturday at 04:50 (unchanged)

Standard Time:

• Market Opening: Monday to Friday, starting at 07:01 daily (previously 07:00)

• Settlement Time: Tuesday to Friday 06:00 - 07:00 (unchanged)

• Market Closure: Saturday at 05:50 (unchanged)

Please pay special attention: In the event of market closure for public holidays, trading hours may be subject to adjustment. Please refer to the relevant announcements at that time for specific details.
